TRUMANS WATER were one of the  progenitors of what some people call 'noise-pop' and released a string of amazing records and tapes throughout the 1990's that people like Thurston Moore and Beck often championed. They have a brand new LP on asthmatic kitty that sounds as vital, as intense, as lovable as ever.
